I have nothing but good things to say about St Francis! As a working "4 dogs" parent, the ability to make later in the day and Saturday appointments is huge! I love the separate wait room so my dogs aren't usually sitting with a bunch of dogs who may be ill or worse, cats that can cause 1 of my boys to get agitated. The level of care and caring is above average as well. Never had a bad experience!

We were thrilled with how wonderful the entire staff was at St. Francis. We had an emergency with one of our dogs, she needed stitches on her face, and our regular vet was booked. We called St. Francis and they had us come in immediately. They took care of our Ciara, quickly, and she was very happy and didn't show any fear going with the staff. She was still happy when they returned her to us with two staples and an E-collar! My husband and I recently moved to the Augusta area, and we are so happy with the medical team at St. Francis we are going to make them our new Vet. We took our other dog, Raven, the next day (Saturday) to discuss behavior therapy and anxiety medication. The therapist, Stephanie, spent a lot of time with us and showed us some new techniques to use. Dr. Garner discussed medications we could try, and spent a lot of time with us discussing our concerns. He listened to our concerns and we never felt rushed or that he was too busy. We recommend this place to anyone who loves their babies and wants the best care for them.

I have been going to SFAH for a few years and I am so grateful I found them! Dr Cheeks has taken wonderful care of my "gaba kitty" and guinea pigs and I couldn't ask for a better vet for them! Dr Berkshire has been an angel helping me do TNR and all surgeries have gone beautifully. All of the staff there is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They may cost a bit more than other clinics but it is worth it for the care I know my guys receive. I trust them completely with my animals.

Everyone I interacted with has been friendly and caring. They comforted me with the death of my cat that suddenly became ill and despite being a walk-in they made me feel as if I had been going there for years. I was so impressed with the treatment I had there that I made appointments for my other cats to establish them as patients at St. Francis.
